Aerial view of the Port of Long Beach at golden hour

About the studio

Built in the working harbor of Long Beach.

We're operators based out of downtown Long Beach, a port city and aerospace city, the place West Coast launches actually happen. Launch Beach Labs is the studio we wish we'd had at every stage of building.

Why the name

We launch things. We test often. That's it.

Long Beach is Space Beach, the corridor that's launched satellites, rockets, and aerospace careers for decades. We borrowed the energy. Every engagement is a launch sequence: a clear set of hypotheses, a test cadence, and a real measure of what actually flew.

"Lab" isn't aesthetic - it's literal. Whether you're pre-seed or a profitable shop that's hit a ceiling, the loop is the same: hypothesis, build, run, measure, iterate.

What we believe
  • → Operators beat advisors.
  • → A working pipeline beats a beautiful deck.
  • → Tests beat opinions.
  • → Growth stalls are diagnosable, not personal.
  • → Brick-and-mortar deserves the same rigor as SaaS.
The track record

30+

Years of combined operating experience across SaaS, consumer, services, and physical retail - pre-seed to nine-figure revenue.

Who we work with

Pre-seed founders. Funded early-stage teams. Brick-and-mortar operators, opening or established. And revenue-generating businesses that have hit a wall on their GTM motion.

Where we work

Offices in downtown Long Beach. In person whenever it makes sense, remote with the rest of the world. The Pacific is on our calendar.

The founders

Two operators. One studio.

Brian, co-founder of Launch Beach Labs

Brian

Co-founder · Go-to-market

Operator and builder across high-growth startups and scaling businesses. Has spent more than a decade designing sales processes, enabling teams, and turning early demand into repeatable revenue engines. Leans toward the practical: clear messaging, a clean funnel, and a founder who knows exactly what to do next.

Rob, co-founder of Launch Beach Labs

Rob

Co-founder · Operations

Operator across consumer, local, and services businesses. Loves the unglamorous work that makes companies durable: process, systems, customer operations, and the discipline to keep shipping. Has helped teams go from first customers to scaled orgs by focusing on what actually moves the business forward.
